Origin South Africa exists to reach out to students and young people in our communities with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and to encourage unity in the church through praise and worship of Jesus.

Origin South Africa is a daughter company of Origin Scotland. It was set up in 2004 following two tours to South Africa by Origin Scotland's exile Rock Gospel Choir. We are based in Cape Town, in the Western Cape Province of South Africa.

Official Launch Weekend
Our official launch weekend was 01-03 April 2005! Events took place at the City Hall, Cape Town. Photographs are available on our City Praise and exile websites.

Sing in exile
Those based in Cape Town and wishing to join the choir can sign up to sing in exile on the exile choir and band website.
