New location
Origin South Africa's ministry leader Colin Peckham and his wife Norma have relocated to South Africa to help run the ministry in a more hands-on way. While maintaining his role with our parent organisation Origin Scotland, Colin hopes that fresh impetus will be gained in the move for the future of the ministry in Cape Town. Our new ministry address is on the contact page of the website. Colin and Norma share the passion for unity in the church, and outreach to the world around, and we pray that Origin SA will be greatly used by God to further his Kingdom.

Origin opens register for volunteer musicians
Origin Scotland has opened a register for musicians willing to serve as volunteers in events in Scotland and South Africa. Talented musicians of minimum Grade 7 standard are invited to join the pool of musicians that make up the orchestras, bands and musical groups within Origin Scotland/South Africa. Commenting on the protection of the data provided, Colin Peckham, Origin's artistic director said "we take people's personal privacy extremely seriously. Origin will never pass on a musician's personally identifiable information outside of the Origin Group and our ministry partners. However, this new database will make it much easier for those willing to be involved to be part of the exciting programmes planned for our region. Depending on the person's level of experience and abililty, auditions may or may not be required for registration to be complete - we have no hard-and-fast rule on that, it depends on the individual." Interested parties can see more details and sign up online at the exile choir and orchestra website, www.inexile.net.
